COUCH TO 5K – WEEK 7
Wow, it’s time to actually just run! No more intervals…it’s time to build our strength and stamina for that 5K! I’m glad I have the day off to tackle this 25-minute run.
Week 7 workouts:
– Brisk 5-minute warmup walk
– Jog for 25 minutes with no walking
– 5-minute cool-down walk
